Brief Description of Research Interest:

An inspired researcher actively working in the field of Computational Biology, experienced in both computational and bench-work with publication record. Currently working on understanding RNA-dynamics especially during the stress conditions with potential application in neurodegenerative disorders. Developing the pipelines for processing and analysis of the omics-data with already present or custom made software/programs.
