* Delivering small-molecule design, synthesis, and purification capabilities supporting probe development and hit-to-lead optimization.
• Supporting > 10 investigator labs across UVA in oncology-related projects.
• Conducting predictive ADME assays (kinetic solubility, plasma protein binding, permeability, microsomal stability) to inform structure-propertyrelationships and medicinal chemistry strategy.
